Joshua J. Kindkeppel
Attorney Joshua J. Kindkeppel is a shareholder in the firm and concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, civil litigation, real estate, employment, and administrative agency matters.
Mr. Kindkeppel handles business formations, represents clients in business purchases/sales and guides owners through business break-ups and dissolutions. Over the years, he has represented a variety of business clients and professionals including attorneys, chiropractors, contractors, day care providers, dentists, engineers, farmers, hair and beauty salons, landlords, machine shops, music artists, physicians, professors, therapists, veterinarians, writers and others on a variety of matters.
Mr. Kindkeppel prepares, negotiates, and advises clients on contracts and enjoys representing clients in commercial and residential real estate purchases/sales. He also frequently provides employment advice to businesses and individuals. Mr. Kindkeppel has developed a niche practice representing graduate students on academic appeals and university disputes. His goal in each academic case is to ensure that his clients are able to complete their coursework and graduate from their respective programs. Mr. Kindkeppel's practice also includes the areas of business and real estate litigation and he also serves as a mediator through the Dane County Case Mediation Program.
Mr. Kindkeppel is an active member of the Sun Prairie Rotary Club and was elected by his peers to serve as president of the Dane County Bar Association. Mr. Kindkeppel is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
